  • We collect personal information such as name, email, national ID (RUT), date of birth, and contact details solely for registration and participation in workshops.
  • By registering, the user agrees that the platform may use this information to send notifications, class updates, and content relevant to the community.
  • We do not share information with third parties without the user’s consent, unless required by law.

2. Minors

  • The platform is intended for users over 13 years of age.
  • Users under this age should not register or provide personal information.
  • If a user under 13 is detected, their account may be deleted to protect their privacy.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Users must treat all community members with respect.
  • Offensive, discriminatory, or violent language is not allowed.
  • Users who do not comply with these rules may be suspended or removed from the platform.

We believe in a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all dance lovers.

4. User Rights

  • Users may request access to, modification, or deletion of their personal data at any time by writing to contacto@saborlatinochile.cl.
  • We are committed to responding to these requests within no more than 7 business days.

5. Acceptance of This Policy

By registering on the platform, the user declares that they have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and the Code of Conduct. Acceptance is mandatory to use the services provided by Sabor Latino Chile.

6. App Permissions

This app does not collect or access any sensitive data from your device. Specifically, we do not use or request access to the following:

  • Device location
  • Camera
  • Microphone
  • Contacts

The app functions entirely without accessing or storing any of this information.
